Arne Jacobsen was born in 1902 in Copenhagen. He was a fairly unremarkable student at school and once his studies were finished he became bricklayer's apprentice. This may appear to be a fairly humble job for a man who achieved so much, but this instilled an appreciation for raw materials that was a feature in all of Jacobsen's work. Designed in 1958 for the Royal SAS Hotel the Egg Chair has become a recognisable master piece.

Standard delivery is 5-7 working days. Delivery for small items is £4.99 and larger items (over £100) is £14.99
International Delivery is £15 (€17 / $21) and will arrive in 7-14 days.
